Five modules. Ten days. One integrated operating system. Every block ends with a decision you can defend in the field or in a seasonal plan.

Days 1–2

Build a defensible exploration program, lay out test lines, log results, and understand how uncertainty moves into a seasonal plan.

Days 3–4

Choose a cut, defend a sequence, and audit roads, ponds, stripping, plant placement and haul distance as one connected system.

Days 5–6

Diagnose water shortage and turbidity scenarios, then trace recovery losses through classification, sluice setup and cleanup.

Days 7–8

Build preventative maintenance discipline and complete a mock inspection with records, corrective actions and closure responsibilities.

Days 9–10

Build a seasonal cash flow and break-even grade, then respond to a grade miss, a component failure and a water event in one final simulation.
